Key learnings in obesity(圖1)-速報App

This programme considers the complex aetiology of obesity and the barriers to achieving long-term weight control. Strategies for achieving sustained weight loss, including lifestyle approaches and, where appropriate, pharmacological and surgical interventions, are discussed, with particular reference to weight outcomes, cardiometabolic effects and safety. Practical case studies are incorporated to illustrate effective and individualized use of multicomponent interventions in the clinic. This activity has been developed to encompass the educational needs of health-care practitioners with a special interest in weight management.
